Sizzle is an extra virgin olive oil made from mid- to late-harvest Picual olives, known for their high stability under heat. Harvested between late November and early January in Spain, the olives used for Sizzle are fully ripe—larger, darker, and juicier—yielding a mellow oil with a high smoke point.
While still 100% extra virgin, this oil is milder than early-harvest varieties and well-suited for cooking. It can be used for sautéing, roasting, or any recipe that calls for heat, without compromising flavor or structure. Designed for the kitchen, not just the table.
