Shipping policy

We do our best to ship all in-stock orders within 48 hours of receiving them, Monday through Friday. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.

Pre-order items will ship once inventory arrives. These orders are fulfilled in the order they were placed.

If you have a trip, event, or deadline you’re hoping to receive your order by, please reach out. We can’t guarantee expedited shipping, but we’ll do everything we can to accommodate.

Korogi is a small business, and during periods of high volume—such as new product launches or seasonal sales—processing times may be longer than normal.
