The Reversible Coffee Dripper from Rivers Drinkware is a silicone pour-over system with two distinct rib designs, allowing you to control extraction by simply flipping the dripper. Side A features twelve thick, short ribs that slow water flow and soften acidity, making it well-suited for bright, lightly roasted beans. Side B has twenty-four thin, long ribs that speed up extraction and reduce bitterness for a smoother cup.
Made from heat-resistant silicone rubber, the dripper withstands temperatures up to 392°F (200°C) and down to -40°F (-40°C). It brews between one to four cups and packs down easily for travel. The total weight is 2.61 oz (74g), with dimensions measuring 4.02 × 4.02 × 3.35 in (102 × 102 × 85mm).
