Nata Axe 2014

Through the years, Snow Peak has dabbled in axes and hatches in the traditional Japanese style. This edition, from their most recent release in 2014 would ultimately be the last to hit the market.

While hatchet in size, the nata's design and heavy head gives it the chopping power of a standard American axe, offering portability without compromise. To achieve extra strength, unlike the standard hung head of an axe the nata's blade extends deep into the handle, secured with fasteners and then bound with a metal ring to keep it in place.
