A rare unused example of the an early Chopping Board Set. Little has changed outside of the knife included and rubber feet added to the interior of the chopping board. Exterior dimensions and the beech wood casing are identical to what is still being sold today.

We recommend the Chopping Board Set M as a modern replacement.

Encased Blade

Opening the hardwood chopping board reveals a secondary sheath for the knife itself. Made of matching plastic to the handle, both are contoured to the hand. A small slide at the thumb allows the sheath to be safely removed before use, while the cover itself keeps sharp objects secure.

Big Logo

This chopping board set is one of a few products that has seen multiple logo variants on the same product code. Prior to this model the 1980s mountain logo was used, and for a short time the lowercase 1995 logo made an appearance.

Built to Last

While this example is unused, the hardwood chopping board was designed to stand up to decades of use. Other examples in the archive show plenty of wear, yet are still easily used at the campsite today.
