Great cooking surface

Fits great on the IGT flat burner. Perfect size to feed 2-4 people. Surface is non stick.

Great for breakfast!

I enjoyed cooking eggs and bacon on this—it just feels right to cook bacon and eggs on here, though I should have done pancakes too. I can't wait to do smash burgers on it as well.

I definitely love cooking on carbon steel. Thanks for making one suitable for igt system. I would love it if one was made for the snowpeak grill burner.

The only con I have for this is, I wish the sides were slightly deeper because when cooking meats with fats, it could overflow. Also, grease splashes everywhere when cooking. Wish there was a way to dispose the grease like blackstone griddles.
