The 10 x 12" cooking surface offers plenty of room, while raised walls help prevent oil and grease from spilling. Two stainless steel risers nest into the existing holes in your Flat Burner stove giving an air buffer between the pan and flame for better temperature control. You can also use them with the standard stainless grill grate to lower the overall temperature of your cooking surface.

Important Note: These griddles come unseasoned as bare carbon steel. They will naturally season with cooking, or a smooth finish can be achieved in an afternoon by following a guide like this one.

I definitely love cooking on carbon steel. Thanks for making one suitable for igt system. I would love it if one was made for the snowpeak grill burner.

The only con I have for this is, I wish the sides were slightly deeper because when cooking meats with fats, it could overflow. Also, grease splashes everywhere when cooking. Wish there was a way to dispose the grease like blackstone griddles.
