The Snow Peak Way vol.1, Atsushi Okuyama (Sealed)
Commissioned by Snow Peak, and photographed by Atsushi Okuyama, this 2016 body of work was created during Snow Peak Way events of that year as a thank you gift to Snow Peak Shareholders in Japan.
Atsushi Okyuama’s work focuses on rural life in Japan. Bringing scenes of humanity, livestock, and togetherness to life through images composed and presented in traditional formats akin to the subjects they contain.
Snow Peak began in 1958, when founder Yukio Yamai grew tired of existing outdoor products and sought to make his own. Since then, it has become a producer of high-end outdoor goods and curator of natural spaces.

The Campsite Is The Destination
Designed for Different Camps
Snow Peak tents, tarps, and shelters are built to support a wide range of camping styles. They work equally well for solo trips or group camps, and are designed to remain comfortable and usable across changing weather conditions.
Built to Work Together
Each tent provides a clear, functional sleeping space, and can be paired with compatible tarps or shelters. This allows sleeping, cooking, and shared space to connect naturally, creating a layout that feels intentional rather than pieced together.
Grounded Color Palette
Colors are selected to sit quietly within natural surroundings. Earth-toned fabrics reduce visual noise in camp and adapt easily to different landscapes, seasons, and environments.
