Iron Grill Table Spice Tray (B)

An early accessory to the IGT, the Spice Tray model B was one of two models designed to hold spice jars. The model B exchanged some of its circular cutouts for a larger central opening that would hold cans and other larger containers. Initially offered in a plywood surface before switching to bamboo in 2006 alongside the rest of the IGT system, the stainless steel handles and basin remained.

This piece eventually would evolve in to the Stainless Box Half Unit, which we recommend as a modern replacement.

A Place for Everything

While the holes were sized to standard spice bottles, individual PET spice bottles were also offered in three varieties.

More That Just Spices

With the large center holder, camp chef's were able to keep all their ingredients close at hand. One of the first half-unit pieces in the IGT line, the complexities of manufacturing created would ultimately lead to its discontinuation in favor of more adaptable models.
