The Rhodo Triple-Zoom Tenkara Rod from Tenkara USA is designed for anglers navigating tight quarters and overgrown banks. With three adjustable lengths—8'10", 9'9", and 10'6" (270cm, 297cm, 320cm)—the rod can be fished short when space is limited or extended when the stream opens up. The adjustable design provides flexibility without sacrificing control or balance.
At under 9 feet in its shortest configuration, the Rhodo addresses the long-standing request for a sub-9ft tenkara rod while preserving the reach and benefits of a longer setup when conditions allow. Built to be lightweight, durable, and precise, it’s the lightest-feeling tenkara rod in the Tenkara USA lineup.
The rod features the patent-pending Keep Your Plug™ system. A second opening at the base of the handle provides a secure place to store the tip plug while fishing. Each Rhodo includes two plugs—one installed, one spare—to reduce the chances of loss.
