Works well, holds the paper towel, has a heavy flappy bit to hold the roll’s flappy bit. Construction is great. However! The prong that extends to receive the paper towel roll, I think, could be a tad longer. I’m field testing with kids, 3 and 5 so they’re constantly running around. I’m always finding the roll half way off the prong and a few times on the floor because it just isn’t securely on that thing. The prong extends and then the tip of it is bent upwards to help prevent the paper towel roll from slipping off, but because the bend happens before the edge of the roll, it’s honestly almost useless. There is no resistance when I use one finger to slide the roll off the prong, so anyone walking by carelessly could knock the roll and slide it off. Perhaps the standard width of paper towel roll where this is produced is different from mine (US) but that’s my only gripe. This could be easily remedied by extending the prong another inch or so and moving the bend to happen after the width of the roll. Otherwise, I like it.
A must for serious campers. Especially the black edition. Catches your eyes.

The holder feels quite sturdy and makes getting a paper towel a lot less of a hassle. The top component that keeps the roll from spinning is great for when it’s windy outside as well.
