The Ironwood Union Stockyard 2U Butcher Block cutting board is made from end-grain acacia wood, selected for its dense structure and natural variation in tone, ranging from light to deep brown. The end-grain construction helps absorb impact from knife blades, reducing wear on both the board and your cutlery over time.

Sized for prep and serving, it works as a cutting surface for vegetables, meat, bread, and cheese, and transitions easily to a serving board for shared meals.
