A staple of IGT Cooking for over a decade, the simple design of the 1U Stainless Steel Collapsible BBQ Box allows for a lot of cooking in a little space. With the flick of a wrist, the entire unit self-assembles and is ready to cook with. The adjustable coal bed features 4 height settings that can be adjusted mid-cook, and the grill lift means you can quickly add more fuel even while roasting.
To keep things clean as you go home, a pair of polyester gloves and a carrying bag are included as well.

I've been pretty impressed using this little collapsible BBQ box. We used it to grill a variety of foods using Thaan Charcoal (which is amazing by the way) and it worked beautifully. The adjustable charcoal bed height actually came in handy as the charcoal started to cool a little (that Thaan charcoal will go for hours and hours) and the collapsible mechanism is just so satisfying. Proof is in the pudding though, or in this case the Al Pastor Chicken tacos that came out delicious!
We always cooks over gas stoves, or actual fire, but this BBQ box is gonna make us bring charcoal too!
Great replacement for a discontinued Snow Peak item -- at a very approachable price point!
